WOODWAY, Texas (KXXV) — Council members are set to discuss the demolition of the Woodway Family Center on Monday.
The consent agenda says council members will consider a bid from Rise Up Construction to tear down the center. The bid amount is set below $32,000. According to a previous report, the mayor believed it would cost approximately $200,000 to demolish the building.
The city's Parks and Recreation board voted earlier this year to demolish the building. A date has not been announced.
