HILL COUNTY, Texas (KXXV) — During a commissioners court meeting on Thursday, Hill County commissioners voted to rescind a moratorium issued for data centers.
Last month, a Texas data center developer filed a federal lawsuit against Hill County officials for $100 million due to a moratorium blocking data centers.
