25 News gives over $12,000 to local charities in partnership with the Scripps Howard Foundation

25 News is excited to announce that through our 25 Cares initiative and the Scripps Howard Foundation. we were able to give over $12,000 to local charities in 2019. We are proud to be able to support organizations in our communities.

“Our commitment to Central Texas is built on the foundation that we are part of the solution to our communities," 25 News Vice President and General Manager Adam Chase said. "Through our partnership with the Scripps Howard Foundation, we are able to donate to local non-profits that provide life changing services in our market. We look forward to watching these non-profits continue to improve many lives in our area in the years to come. “

We were able to make donations to the following non-profit organizations:

Project Unity
Families in Crisis
Sunshine Recovery House
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Brazos Valley
Tiny Hope Village
Waco Shepherd's Heart
Foster Angels of Central Texas
Partnerships for Children
