LORENA, TX — A young Lorena Independent School District student was hit by a vehicle Friday, according to the Lorena Police Department.
Lorena PD says officers and Lorena Fire assisted Texas DPS for an auto-pedestrian crash on Old Lorena Road near Spring Valley Road.
Lorena PD says a young Lorena ISD student was injured in the crash. A Lorena ISD bus was not involved.
Lorena PD is warning drivers to pay attention to school zones, buses loading and unloading and areas around school campuses.
