WOODWAY, TX — The Woodway Public Safety Department says it will be enforcing the "Move Over Law" more aggressively following an increase in crashes along Highway 84.
The "Move Over Law" requires vehicles to slow 20 mph below the posted limit when passing officers and construction workers with their lights on.
This means on Highway 84, the speed limit is now 40 mph when lights are present.
The Woodway Public Safety Department says this is to protect officers and the construction workers.
