WACO, TX — The Waco Fire Department was able to quickly put out a fire outside the On The Border restaurant.
According to Waco Fire, around 7:25 p.m., the department received a call for the On The Border restaurant, located at 4320 West Waco Drive.

When firefighters arrived, they determined mulch outside of the restaurant caught fire.
Staff at On The Border saw smoke and evacuated the restaurant as a precaution.
No one was injured. The restaurant remains open.
Waco Fire is investigating the cause of the fire.
