WACO, TX — Elijah Craven and Daezion Watkins were indicted for capital murder on Wednesday.
The two teens are accused ofkilling Aquirius McPhaul. McPhaul was found dead behind a cemetery on Sept. 10.
Police found his body after a Baylor University employee reported a person lying in the street in the 2900 block of South 4th Street next to the Oakwood Cemetery. McPhaul was shot numerous times.
Craven and Watkins were arrested almost a month after the murder happened.
