WACO, TX — The Humane Society of Central Texas says some of their longest residents are in real jeopardy due to a lack of space.
Dogs are occupying every possible kennel, according to the Humane Society. The group is hoping people will adopt some of their longest residents "to help us save lives."
Already spayed and neutered dogs in their Y/D/R kennels are free to adopt with approved applications.
The Humane Society is located at 2032 Circle Road in Waco. It is open until 6 p.m.
