WACO, TX — Students and faculty from Baylor University's History and Law School took part in recreating the Boston Massacre Thursday.

It marks the 250th anniversary of the historic event that took place in 1770. People got to see the trials that occurred to determine what really happen the night of the massacre.

"Most important thing I want people to walk away with is the fact that there are so many perspectives to history that depending on where you are, what you saw, who knows what happened. Unless you do the homework, unless you do your research, you're never gonna really know, and it's really interesting stuff, so go out and do it," said Dr. Julie Ann Sweet, Professor of History and Director of Military Studies.

Over 32 people participated in the recreation of the significant historical moment in U.S. history.
