WACO, TX — A second person has been arrested after a 22-year-old man was shot and killed during a Halloween party at a Waco apartment complex.
Police said 22-year-old Dairse Holder and another victim were at a party at the Grove Apartments when they became involved in a verbal disturbance with someone.
That verbal disturbance turned deadly when one person started shooting. Holder was killed while the other victim was taken to the hospital but later released.
Neither victim were actual residents of the apartment.
Krisean Gibson was arrested on February 17 by the Desoto Police Department on a murder warrant issued by the Waco Police Department.
Gibson is the second person arrested in Holder's death. Jamarine Jashan Long was arrested in January by the Hillsboro Police Department on a warrant issued by the Waco Police Department.
