KILLEEN, TX — A Fort Hood spouse shared a video on Facebook of what appears to be an Amazon Prime delivery driver looking through a package and then leaving it on her doorstep.

Amanda Randazzo of Killeen said the delivery driver stood outside her home for nearly five minutes, looking through her package. The package contained two Christmas gifts for her children from their grandfather.

"I didn’t even know, I was in the bedroom at the time, I got a notification that someone was outside, I finished up what I was doing , Went outside she was already gone, looked down in the box, you know you fold the flaps over, it was sitting like that ripped open" said Randazzo.

When Randazzo looked through her package, it was emptied of a highly anticipated Star Wars droid intended for her five year old.

The incident happened on Gus Dr.

Randazzo said that she sent the footage to Amazon, and they reimbursed the family for the item, as well as repurchased the item for her.

When asked about this particular incident an Amazon spokesperson told 25 News "This does not meet our high standards for delivery partners and this individual is no longer delivering Amazon packages.”
