Whataburger has partnered with the Texas Restaurant Association to provide free meals to first-responders and healthcare workers.

Through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, the TX Restaurant Relief Fund initiative of the Texas Restaurant Association Education Foundation is providing immediate financial support to restaurants and their employees across Texas, and enabling them to also extend a thank you to COVID-19 first responders.

First responders and healthcare workers can complete this form to receive, courtesy of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, your choice of a Chipotle or Whataburger meal (valued at up to $10).

This is a way of saying thank you to medical, fire, and police personnel on the front lines fighting COVID-19.

"First responders and healthcare workers have always been heroes, and they need our support now more than ever," Whataburger posted. "We're proud to partner with the Texas Restaurant Association to support these brave men and women with a warm meal and our most sincere gratitude. If you or your family or friends are a first-responders or healthcare workers, apply here to get some free Whataburger!"
