Local churches in Bell County are teaming up to show their support to healthcare community on the front lines of the coronavirus crisis.
Vista Community Church in Temple is offering to install signs that read "Thank you healthcare heroes! #BellCountyHeroes" in your yard, or a yard of a healthcare worker.
"In talking with local medical providers it seems that one of the largest needs that they currently have is prayer and encouragement," Vista Community Church in Temple said on their website.
Several local area churches are partnering in this effort.
People who want to order a sign can visit here.
Installation will begin April 8.
The signs are “name your own price” but the funds collected will offset that cost and allow the churches to place several additional signs around town.
The signs cost $8 a piece to have made, according to Vista Community Church.
"Any funds remaining will directly support people in our county negatively affected by COVID-19," the website said.
