TEMPLE, TX — An employee at Wings Pizza N Things in Temple has tested positive for COVID-19.
According to a post on the restaurant's Facebook page, the restaurant contacted the Bell County Public Health District and is following appropriate protocols.
The employee worked part-time last week and last worked on Thursday. The restaurant said the employee had minimal contact with customers.
The restaurant said it is sanitizing all surfaces, including tables, chairs and countertops.
The restaurant has reportedly been closed for the past few days and has "followed proper procedures by having anticipated this possibly happening."
Wings Pizza N Things will reopen on Tuesday.
