Eastern Williamson County in south central Texas... * Until 400 AM CDT. * At 251 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Taylor, Elgin, Bastrop, Granger, Windemere, Hutto, Manor, Bartlett, Thrall, Weir, Coupland, Camp Swift, Wyldwood, Circle D-KC Estates, Granger Dam, and Cedar Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
