TEMPLE — With chilly weather expected Saturday, the City of Temple is changing the schedule for the kickoff of Christmas on the Plaza.
It will now take place from 3-7 p.m. The drone show is set to begin at 6:15 p.m., followed by the tree lighting at 6:30 p.m.
In a news release, the City says it made the decision to change the schedule in order to "ensure the community can enjoy the event."
