BELTON, TX — Police were asking commuters to avoid the I-35/190 merge in Belton due to an accident.
Belton police said that officers were working the accident at milemarker 294 northbound to Loop 121 eastbound, at the I-35 and Highway 190 merge.
The accident involved 6 to 7 vehicles, according to police.
The scene was cleared Saturday afternoon.
