An accident on I-35 at Highway 84 is causing traffic to back up in the northbound lane. TxDOT said that all lanes are closed.
Traffic is backed up to 17th St.
The Waco Police Department, Waco Fire Department and AMR are on scene.
TxDOT said multiple cars are involved.
