The Limestone County Sheriff's Office has captured the inmate that escaped on Tuesday after a caller reported him after he was seen at a liquor store in Jewett.
He identified himself when confronted as Josh Smith. Authorities were able to identify him as escaped inmate Tristan Neason, and he was transported to the Leon County Jail in Centerville.
After his identity was confirmed, he was taken into custody by the Limestone County Sheriff's Office without incident.
