BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Birmingham police say a 2-year-old boy has died after a shooting at an apartment complex in Collegeville Wednesday morning.
The child’s great-grandmother says he found a gun and accidentally shot himself.
According to the gun violence archive, he is the twelfth child to die by a gun in Alabama this year. Fourteen other children suffered injuries.
