The Texas Department of Public Safety is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a woman on the most wanted sex offender list.
DPS said Mary Francis Martinez, 41, has been wanted since January 2018 for a parole violation and failure to register as a sex offender. Her last known address was in Dallas.
Martinez was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child in 2005 for an incident in Dallas County involving a 12-year-old girl. She has previously failed to comply with the sex offender registrations requirements and charged with theft of property.
She is 5 feet tall and weighs about 125 pounds. She has tattoos on her back, left ankle, left hand, right finger, both legs, and right arm, a scar near her right eye and discoloration on her right arm.
The department is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to her capture.
