The Valley Mills Volunteer Fire Department and other agencies are responding to a large wildland fire on Thursday.
According to the Valley Mills Volunteer Fire Department, they urge people to avoid the area of FM 1637 near Chandler’s Gun Shop and Shooting Range.
There are multiple agencies responding to the active fire.
