When people think about high school football, people think Dave Campbell and his famous magazine that's been hitting the stands since 1960.
Campbell made a special visit to the Texas Sports Hall of Fame Saturday.
Dozens of people came out to have Mr. Campbell sign their copy of his latest magazine.
"Texas A&M's new coach is on the cover. He's a 75 million dollar coach. He gets 7.5 million a year for 10 years, and if he wins big, well certainly he'll be worth it," Dave Campbell said.
Campbell also said he's working on a book about the best games he's covered over the last 65 years and that Texas A&M is helping him do it.
He expects the book to be out next spring.
