Silent auction to be held to benefit the National Mounted Warrior Museum Project

A silent auction will be held this weekend to benefit the National Mounted Warrior Museum Project.  

The event and auction will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the SC River Ranch, in Oakalla on April 28.

Guest speaker will include Congressman Roger Williams, Texas Commissioner of Agriculture Sid Miller, Baylor football coach Grant Teaff, former Rice University coach David Bailiff, University of Arkansas coach Chad Morris. 

Individual tickets and tables are sold out but you can participate in the silent auction by clicking here. Over hundred items will be offered with all proceeds going towards the museum project. 

The National Mounted Warfare Foundation plans to fundraise and build a museum.

The National Mounted Warfare Foundation received a $1 million donation back in February to fund a museum project.
