Drug dealer robbed, calls police

Three are in jail after a suspected drug deal went wrong. 

According to the Montgomery County Police Reporter, the incident happened on Dec. 20 at 5:30 p.m.

According to authorities, the Sheriff's Office Patrol Division was flagged down after two suspicious persons were running through an apartment complex in the Woodlands. 

The two robbery suspects, Jacques Blair, 25, and Boris Lee, 23 were carrying a bag of marijuana after assaulting another male, Colton Curbello, 19. 

Curbello had called police to report the robbery and assault.

Deputies say that Curbello was attempting to sell the suspects marijuana when they beat and robbed him. 

More marijuana was found in Curbello's car. 

Blair and Lee were charged with robbery. Curbello was charged with possession of marijuana.
