A missing Arkansas teen was found in a Waco motel.
The teen was found with Quintan Hadsell, who was apprehended by Waco Police.
Hadsell is in police custody for Felony Trafficking of Persons.
The victim is currently in the protective care of the Waco Police until arrangements are made to return her back home.
