Killeen Police assisted the U.S. Marshals in serving a felony warrant at a house on Wednesday.
At 11:30 a.m., police and SWAT surrounded a home close to the intersection of Stewart Street and Duncan Avenue looking for an 18-year-old male.
During the incident, a man was detained but was not the suspect.
Authorities were on scene for three hours only to discover the man they were looking for was not home.
Police cleared the area just after 2:30 p.m.
