On Thursday, people gathered at the Bell County Courthouse to protest President Trump's escalation with Iran.
"MoveOn" protests were held across the nation.
"MoveOn" rally host Irene Andrews and fellow protesters said they would not tolerate lies about another war.
"Today is one week since General Soleimani was assassinated, so as part of that, we have all come out and hopefully join in one voice to stand up as Americans and say, 'No we are not going down this road and we will not be lied into another war," said Andrews.
In honor of the 100 year anniversary of women's right to vote, Andrews also called on everyone, especially women, to get out and vote.
