The Rainey & Rainey Law Firm is coordinating with local Walgreens and CVS Store managers to collect greeting cards and children’s artwork for the 1400 seniors in nursing homes throughout McLennan County.
Officials at nearly four dozen facilities from McGregor to Downtown Waco expressed how thrilled the residents would be to receive something cheerful and fun for them to see everyday as many are confined to their rooms with little interaction due to social distancing requirements, they said.
Greeting cards can be dropped off at the following locations:
