KERR COUNTY, Texas (KXXV) — The Texas Rangers released an official list of victims of the July floods in Kerr County Friday afternoon, according to Kerrville Mayor Joe Herring, including 117 people killed and two people still missing more than a month later.
The two people missing as of Aug. 8 are Jeffrey Ramsey, 63 of Lewisville, and Cecilia Steward, 8 of Austin.
