HOUSTON, Texas (KXXV) — Governor Greg Abbott is announcing a new public safety initiative on Wendesday to combat violent crime and to protect Texans.
The governor will be joined by Texas DPS Colonel Freeman Martin, Houston Crime Stoppers Senior Director of Programs and Special Projects Sydney Zuiker, Houston Police Officers Union Executive Director Ray Hunt, and other state and local officials.
