TALLAHASSEE, FLA. — Two men have been arrested after allegedly using bribes to sexually assault and get nude pictures from a 14-year-old child for months.

According to court documents, Tallahassee police received reports on Feb. 13, from a woman who said a 14-year-old had been a victim of lewd and lascivious battery and had been repeatedly asked to send nude photos and videos.

Court documents say 29-year-old Trell Blake and 24-year-old Devaughn Brooks asked the victim to send them nude photos and, in exchange, they said they would give him food, buy him electronics and take him to "fun locations such as Sky Zone and Fun Station."

Other messages described Blake and Brooks touching the victim's private areas. Investigators say the men also molested the victim multiple times when he would come over and visit their apartment.

Documents say the victim was able to provide police with dozens of messages from Blake and Brooks demanding that he send them different types of nude pictures and videos.

The messages provided dated back to November 2018 up until Feb. 12 when the witness discovered the messages.

On Feb. 19, the victim was interviewed by Child Protection Team. During the interview, the victim stated the first sexual contact he remembered with the men was after his 13th birthday.

The victim was playing video games at Brooks and Blake's residence when the two suddenly pulled his pants down and began performing sex acts on him, according to documents.

Documents say Blake and Brooks told the victim he couldn't tell anyone and in one instance, offered the victim $100 if he allowed them to perform sexual acts with him.

After investigating, police arrested and transported Blake and Brooks to the Leon County Detention Facility on Thursday. They both are facing multiple charges including sexual offense against a child, obscene communication and lewd and lascivious behavior.

According to documents, Brooks has since bonded out while Blake remains behind bars.
