UPDATE 8/22:
Texas DPS provided 25 News with an update, saying one person was critically injured in the crash.

DPS said troopers responded around 3:20 p.m. to a three-vehicle crash on Highway 6 at FM 712, where a northbound black Dodge Ram pickup was stopped in the roadway getting ready to turn left onto FM 712.

While the pickup was stopped, waiting to turn, it was hit from behind by a blue Dodge Ram pickup. The impact of the crash pushed the stopped pickup into the oncoming lane, where it was then hit by a truck tractor semi-trailer.

The driver of the semi and the driver of the black Dodge pickup were taken from the scene and one is reported to be in critical condition.
