UPDATE 5/19/25 5:54 P.M.

Waco ISD announced it is relocating this week's graduation ceremonies from Waco ISD Stadium to the Baylor University Ferrell Center due to a high probability of rain in the forecast.

Both ceremonies will be held Saturday, May 23, at the Ferrell Center, located at 1900 S. University Parks Drive.

Waco ISD said the decision was made proactively to give graduates and families time to adjust their plans.

The schedule for Saturday is:

  • University High School — 2:30 p.m.
  • Waco High School — 7:30 p.m.

Graduates and families may arrive up to one hour before their ceremony's start time.
