WACO, Texas (KXXV) — The Waco Police Department announced the arrest of a 19-year-old suspect in an investigation stemming from an August shooting.
Police reported two people shot on August 24 near the 400 Block of S. University Parks Dr.
A man and woman were both shot, but survived.
Police have charged Davien Daylon Franco in connection to the shooting. He faces two charges of aggravated assault.
