The Waco Police Department has identified the victim in Wednesday's crash as 32-year-old William Frosch Jr.
Police say the investigation is ongoing, but the driver is cooperating.
No arrests have been made.

The Waco Police Department is investigating the death of a man in Waco on Wednesday night.
Officers found the body of a 32-year-old man on Lorena Road when they responded to a report of a auto-pedestrian crash.
The identity of the man, or any information about the vehicle's driver, has not been released.
