FAIRFIELD, Texas (KXXV) — Freestone County Judge Linda Grant has signed a disaster declaration following recent severe storms and flooding.
The declaration says that on May 28th, the county suffered widespread or severe damage from severe storms and flooding events. It was signed at 10:55 a.m. on June 13, 2025.
