BRYAN, Texas (KXXV) — Judge John Brick set bond at $1,229,000 for Charles Medina, who is charged in the July 18 death of boxer Hannah Rapp.
Medina's bond stems from his current charges, along with charges he was already out on bond for.
The judge ruled Medina is a danger to the community and a flight risk due to previous attempts to flee police. Bond conditions include house arrest, GPS monitoring, drug testing, no weapons, and no victim contact.
