KILLEEN, Texas — The Killeen Police Department has charged a man with murder following a shooting in October 2024.
Police identified Ryon Marcus Lucius in the shooting death of Anthony Glenn Powell.
Powell died following an October 16, 2024 shooting in the 800 block of W. Avenue D.
A warrant was issued for Lucius's arrest, but he is already incarcerated in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice on unrelated charges.
