Concentrix has announced they are planning on hiring thousands of veterans and military spouses by 2024.

The California-based company specializes in customer engagements for some of the world's best brands, and offers work-at-home opportunities.

As part of a partnership with Military.com, Concentrix plans to hire 10,000 veterans, reservists, spouses, dependents, and former military personnel over the next four years.

Available positions include technical support and customer support for brands in a variety of industries.

Interested candidates can register for Military Spouse Employment Partnership’s (MSEP) upcoming virtual job fair on February 19 or visit HERE.

“Concentrix is passionate about being able to offer employment to veterans returning from active duty. We recognize their tenacity and dedication are skills we value in our staff,” said Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, Jillene Jensen, “We understand that returning from active duty can often be a big transition and we strive to ensure that we are able to offer career opportunities to allow military families to have a home once you’re home.”

Military spouses experience much higher rates of unemployment than other adults, according to the US Chamber of Commerce.

Frequent moves, unpredictable hours, rural base assignments, and deployments all take a toll on the labor market outcomes of military spouses, according to the Council of Economic Advisers.

Concentrix says work-at-home opportunities are ideal for military spouses and families that need to relocate every couple of years to support their family member’s military career.

“We want to be able to provide stable employment that a military spouse or family member can take with them from place to place,” said Jensen.

Concentrix, recently recognized among the Top 50 companies for “Happiest Employees” by Comparably.com, offers professional growth initiatives and leadership training that empower and encourage staff to advance their careers within the company. In 2018 and 2019, FlexJobs ranked Concentrix among the top 100 work-at-home employers.
