A Central Texas nonprofit hosted its annual event for children of all ages and abilities.

No Limitations hosted its 3rd annual Super Bowl. Kids of all ages and abilities joined in on the fun. Whether it was being a cheerleader, football star or singing the national anthem there was something there for everyone to enjoy.

D1 has helped host this event because they feel that anyone has a chance to be an athlete. Their favorite saying is a definition of the word.

Athlete /noun/: anyone dedicated to their sport or their fitness.

Meaning anyone has a chance to be a part of something bigger than themselves no matter the limitation.

Over 80 special needs children from all over the Central Texas community came out to enjoy the fun.

A No Limitations Celebrity even made an appearance. Blake Pyron, the owner of Blake's Snow Shack, came all the way from downtown Sanger just north of Dallas. Pyron has Down Syndrome but happy to see everyone out having a good time accomplishing their goals.

"All around our wall, you see character words and our motto: iron sharpens iron," D1 owner Kevin Engelbrecht said. "We interweave them into our community."

Hundreds of people came out to show their support for the kids with big dreams, including Shelby Richardson.

Richardson came with her son Aiden, who was born with an ear deformity. Where a normal ear would grow, his is on the side of his left cheek. A condition he has had since birth.

"I see him as a healthy boy who loves to run, loves to engage with any type of activity," Richardson said. " That makes me happy no matter what."
