BRYAN, TX — The Bryan Police Department say the man accused of injuring a teen and 22-year-old woman in a drive-by shooting near the city cemetery Friday has turned himself in.
Police say 39-year-old Tyrone Franklin turned himself in to the Brazos County Jail early Saturday morning.
A warrant was issued for Franklin on Friday in connection with the shooting. He is being charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Franklin is accused of shooting a 17-year-old boy and 22-year-old woman in the 1000 block of Dale Street near the Bryan City Cemetery.

He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 220 pounds. Bryan PD says he should be considered armed and dangerous.
