BRYAN, TX — A 30-year-old man has been arrested for placing a camera in a restaurant bathroom stall.
According to Bryan Police Department, around 1 p.m. on Sunday, August 4, officers were contacted by the owners of Shipwreck Grill after a customer had informed them that they found a camera in one of the stalls of the women's restroom.
Bryan PD says on Monday, August 5, 30-year-old Francisco Aniceto of College Station was identified as a suspect in the case.
After a search of Aniceto's residence, cellphone, and the camera that was found, Bryan PD determined that no victims were recorded.
An arrest warrant was issued for Aniceto Monday for attempted invasive visual recording, which is a Class A misdemeanor. Bryan PD says Aniceto turned himself in Monday afternoon.
