FORT HOOD, TX — On Tuesday December 8, 2020, officials will release their findings in an independent review of Fort Hood promoted by Vanessa Guillen's death.
Secretary of the Army, Ryan McCarthy announced that the report will be published on Tuesday.
General McConville, Chief of Staff to Secretary McCarthy will contact the Guillen family and Attorney Natalie Khawam to share the results prior to releasing them to the public.
Vanessa Guillen was murdered on base on April 22, 2020, and her death has led to several reforms and reviews at Fort Hood.
Fort Hood recently announced the construction of a memorial gate in honor of Spc. Guillen.
