HOUSTON, TX — We are familiar with the Whataburger-themed birthday sets, Whataburger t-shirts but have you seen the "Whata-Pistol?"

According to ABC13, a Houston guns and ammo shop, HTX Tactical, customized a firearm in orange and white.

An employee said the Whata-Pistol was thought of after seeing a customer who walked in for a gun repair, wearing a Whataburger t-shirt.

The gun comes with a magazine painted to resemble a box of the classic Whataburger fries.

Whataburger said on Tuesday that the shop did not have permission to use the company's logo.

This product is not affiliated or licensed by the Whataburger brand in any way. Whataburger did not give HTX Tactical permission to use our brand and logo, and we are reaching out to HTX Tactical to cease distribution of this product.”
