Update:
Following several catalytic converter thefts in Central Texas, Cedar Park police said they arrested two suspected catalytic converter thieves on Tuesday.
"We know this has been an ongoing issue affecting the Central Texas region," said Cedar Park police. "Our detectives continue to investigate this case and are actively working to identify the vehicles these belong to."
The night shift officers arrested the two suspects around 4 a.m. on Tuesday.
"This is a reminder to try and etch or engrave your license plate number and/or VIN onto your catalytic converter to help you protect your property!" said Cedar Park police.

Waco police are attempting to identify the suspects in several catalytic converter thefts.
No further was provided in the post on Monday but Waco police provided surveillance footage of the men in action.
