WACO, TX — Waco Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 8:10 p.m. at Hobbs Bonded Fibers. The business is located at 200 Commerce Drive.
The first unit that arrived on the scene put out the initial fire but then saw another small fire in the building, said Battalion Chief Patrick Kerwin.
The fire started near one of the ovens and spread, said the chief.
Officials said no one has been transported to the hospital, but one person is being treated for smoke inhalation.
Waco Fire Department said upgraded the incident to a 2nd Alarm Fire and over 5 units responded to the scene.
According to officials, the fire is now contained.
