WACO, TX — The peaceful marches continue across Central Texas, this time in downtown Waco.

Numerous people gathered outside the McLennan County Courthouse Monday evening for the Waco Prayer Walk to remember Frankie Gonzales and George Floyd.

People participating in the walk said they hope this march will cause change in the future.

"I think that it can bring real change when we come together and in unity and in peace, and I think that it can be a demonstration to the rest of the world of what the future could look like of us standing together in love and not hate," said Hannah Johnson, a social work student.

The walk ended with a candlelight service at the Doris Miller Memorial.
