WACO, TX — A Waco call center has laid off its entire workforce ahead of a holiday weekend, citing impacts from COVID-19.
In a message posted to their website, EMSI said it has become a casualty of these unprecedented times.
All company operations ceased on Friday, July 3.
Employees reportedly learned the news via a company email.
