WACO, TX — Waco police have located a 43-year-old missing woman.
Police said Shanta Hawkins had been missing since 9 p.m. on Friday, according to a post by the Waco Police Department Neighborhood Services Detectives.
Hawkins was diagnosed with schizophrenia. She has scars on her left forearm and scars where her eyebrows should be.
